• 60 Minutes of professionally done Hair & Makeup
• 60 Minute Session
• 1 Hour Break (so that I can do editing while you go have lunch, grab some coffee, or enjoy some peace and quiet while waiting)
• 1 Hour Viewing & Ordering
• $100 of your session fee will be applied to your order as a credit. This means when you arrive for your same day viewing and ordering of your photos you will have $100 off any of the products you choose to purchase.

Boudoir FAQ

Q: I'm not a lingerie type girl, can I still do boudoir?

A: Absolutely! Lingerie is not the only way to look and feel sexy. You can do a boudoir shoot wearing a shoot wearing a dress, robe, button up, etc. Let us know if you are interested in a more in-depth wardrobe consult.

Q: I'm not sure I feel comfortable spending money on myself.

A: I totally understand. That's why we offer payment plans to make a boudoir portrait experience manageable for any budget. This is an experience that you will cherish for your lifetime and you'll be able to look back at your pictures and cherish the memories and experience for years to come.

Q: How does the Session Booking Fee work?

A: The Session Booking Fee ONLY applies towards booking your session and locking in your date and time slot. This is a non-refundable retainer fee. If you should decide to purchase any of our products or collections $100 will be applied towards your balance. This fee also includes professionally done hair and makeup. PHOTOS & ALBUMS ARE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.

Q:Where are the sessions held? 

A: Sessions are usually held at my in home studio in Turlock, California. However, we can travel to you if your bedroom has proper natural light. We can also rent out an air bnb or a beautiful hotel room as well (additional fees are applied for rentals). There are lots of options! ​​

Q: I am nervous about my body and don't look like some of the women on your site, should I still book a session?A: Yes, you absolutely should! None of the women on my site are models, they are all real women who wanted pictures just like you. They all come in with their own set of flaws and insecurities. They have had hair and make-up done, great lighting and posing. I will show you your beauty in the images captured by myself for you to cherish for a lifetime. I am happy not all my clients look the same. I love that we are all beautiful in our own way.

Q: Do you re-touch images? Can you remove blemishes, bruising, scarring etc? Can you make me skinnier?

A: I lightly retouch each image. I remove blemishes, bruising, and minimal skin softening. That is the extent of my editing. My brand is all about capturing the real beauty of all women and not changing who you are. If you have scarring or stretch marks, I leave those in since they are a permanent part of your body. But that doesn't meant that we have to focus on those areas for your pictures if you don't like them. I do not do ANY body reshaping in Photoshop. My goal is to find the most flattering pose for each of my clients of all shapes and sizes. I want every woman to have full confidence that who they are is what is reflected in that photo, and not someone who had their body manipulated in Photoshop. Plenty women have felt nervous about this, and in the end, appreciated that the beautiful photos they received, were actually pictures of themselves. 

Q: What if I don't like my pictures?

A: After photographing the women I've come across so far on my boudoir journey, I'm confident that you will be thrilled with the finished product. However, if for any reason you're unsatisfied you may opt out of purchasing your photos.

Q: Do you include hair extensions?

A: If you'd like hair extensions for your shoot please arrive to our studio with them in and they will style them with your natural hair. If you don't currently have hair extensions you can make an appointment with licensed cosmetologist and boudoir photographer Monica to have them done in advance. 

Q: Is professional hair and makeup provided?

A: Absolutely YES! I have a hairstylist and makeup artist on hand in our studio! The cost is inclusive to the booking session fee. They are great at what they do and they know how to do hair and make-up styled perfectly for the camera. I have noticed make-up gives them the confidence my clients need to shine in their images. When a woman shines, this is where the real beauty shows through.​

Q: Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?

A: Due to our cozy shooting space we ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your shoot. If this is necessary because you're nervous please email us so we can arrange for that.​

Q: I don't think I can afford this.

Q: Can I just get the digitals?

A: The corresponding digitals come with any collection you purchase. You may opt out of the product for just the files, but the price will remain the same.

Q: Can I bring someone to the viewing?

A: Due to our cozy shooting space we ask that you not bring anyone with you to your shoot. If this is necessary because you're nervous please email us so we can arrange for that.

Q: What if I want a product you don't offer?

A: You get the duplicate digital file of any picture you purchase, so you'll be able to create whatever you want with your digital files.

Q: After my order is placed, will I be able to purchase more from that shoot in the future?

A: No. We do one viewing and ordering session. With storage restraints, we only keep the images you purchase.

My Take on Boudoir

We have so many exciting things in store for you and hope to have the chance to meet you soon! I have a keen eye for detail and a love for EMPOWERING WOMEN! As a boudoir photographer I strive to make every woman feel comfortable in the skin she's in. One of the fun things about our take on our boudoir sessions is that we offer same day viewing/ordering, we do very minimal retouching/editing, and we absolutely DO NOT do ANY type of body altering at all! The purpose in these sessions is to empower women and show them that beauty is NOT defined by their size or race or age. 

My goal is to ENHANCE your beauty by keeping your photos as RAW and natural as possible. Our in home studio allows to create a comfortable vibe and adds something unique to the photos captured.

Here you will be pampered one room over by having your hair and makeup professionally done by one of our artists. When the session takes place it is just myself and our client and occasionally my assistant when needed.
